Loud Work Environment -- Need Quieter Over-Ears

My new job has a very open, loud work environment.  My current headphones --Bose® AE2 audio headphones -- don't quite keep enough sound out.  I would like assistance in finding a new, over-ear, especially quiet headphone set.  Preferably under $200, but I'd compromise on price if the amount of sound dampening could be justified.
