Lossless Video Conversion Tool?

So the codec I use to record video with Dxtory (h.264) is giving me issues with Sony Vegas 12. When I try to open/import any of my recordings I get an error that says "An error occured while opening a codec."

I have searched the Vegas forums to no avail. I can't use a different codec because no other ones I have tried give me this good of quality without hindering in-game performance. So if no one knows how to fix this, what can I use to convert the files without losing any quality?

I've tried that, and either my CPU or my HDD is too slow for it. I can barely write 720p30fps with Lagarith.
