Loop machine for a casual?

So I've been up all night watching Reggie Watts videos and I now have the urge to buy a loop machine so I can make my own rad beats with my mouth hole. I have some microphones that I could use with it, and I have myself a pair of decent studio headphones to start with producing simple music. At the moment, I'm just looking for something basic, ideally less than $150(I'm in the U.S. btw.)

What would you guys recommend for me to start out with?

Do you want to use some software with your computer? Or a piece of hardware?

Honestly, if you're looking for something "casual", if I was you, I would look for some software.

A quick Google search pulls this up and it seems like a pretty nice place to start: http://www.giadamusic.com/

Ooooh thank you sir, i'm just looking to get started. If I start to make actual tracks then I will probably upgrade to something more sophisticated.
