Looking to upgrade on a budget, need some guidance on costs

I’m looking at perhaps buying a used Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8gb. What do you think is a fair offer to make on this card? (I’m sure there are better cards out there, but I’m coming off of a r9 280x 3gb, so this is head and shoulders above what I’ve been working with and it’s local pickup)

580’s can be had for around 170… So don’t go higher than that haha.
Newegg looks to be having a deal for a 4gb 570. after rebate is $99 bucks.
