Whats an open source software I could use to recording making a tutorial?
Would like to record setting up centreon (its an alternative to nagios) snmp monitoring server.
You mean recording your desktop?
OBS will take inputs from pretty much anything it can find. Recording your desktop is a small matter.

Maybe I’ll just do screenshots…
If I made a video it wouldnt have any audio… soooooo… might as well be screenshots since I’d have to to make comments on the pictures so they made more sense.

In the past, I’ve used screenshots (and gifs) as a supplement to text-based tutorials.
It usually worked out well.
