Looking to buy a rack mount chassis

Does anyone have any recommendations (or warnings) for rack mount chassis brands? What I'm looking for is something with a lot of bays, and originally I was looking at Norco, but then I started coming across comments spanning multiple chassis where people had problems with the backplane. Apparently Norco is notorious for faulty backplanes? I'm not really sure.

But the important things I'm looking for are:
Drive bays. I'd like at least 12.
A history of backplane issues sets my teeth on edge. It's going to be a FreeNAS box, so disks and disk access are important.

Things I'd like to have:
I'd like to have redundant power supplies, if that's possible. It's been a while since I've cracked a case with redundant power supplies, so I don't know if that's a feature that the motherboard must support.
Remote management, like HP's ILO, or Dell DRAC. Do non-proprietary versions exist?

Thoughts and opinions? What brands do we like these days?

Pretty sure you can pick up some cheap ones from newegg. Rosewill actually has some models, if memory serves.

This seems like a good choice. Been looking for one for a future project myself, and sort of decided on that one.
