Looking To Build A Quiet, Powerful, Gaming PC For Around $1000

This is my first time posting on this forum for help, I am tired of the low frames im get right now on my old laptop, and i am coimg here to ask for help and i want to switch to gaming on a desktop. I live in the US, and would if i can get all the parts form Newegg so i just have one bill. I would also like to livestream via twitch, and record when i game, but i don't know any good capture programs so suggestion on that would be nice. I will want to upgrade the parts every few years.

My Wish List:

motherboard with a good sound chip for  7.1 or 5.1 sourround sound, maybe WiFi

Quad-Core at least 3.5Ghz im am not partial to AMD or Intel

One Graphic card that can handle games like Battlefield 4, Crisis 3 on UltraHigh 1080p agian not partial to AMD or Nvidia

Maybe liquid cooling

8 gb or so of DDR3 1866

1 SSD for Windows

1 HDD at least 1 tb

Wire mouse and keyboard; mouse with a few programable buttons

and more than enough 80+ for a power supply

Some thoughts:

I would like to be able to bring the tower with me but thats not a deal breaker if i can't. I have never overclocked but if i had liquid cooling it is something i am willing to ask for help for that. I will need to get a copy of Windows. I would like to be able to render from time to time. So thats my first post sorry if it confuses anyone. Thanks for your help.

Several options; very weak computer, and $700 worth of Noctua fans, a decent computer with maybe 3 or 4 decent case fans, or a high-end cooling system that doesn't need much additional airflow, most likely without an SSD in the build.

just make an entire case of noctua fans super glued together

on a serious note, I'll get on that as soon as newegg gets their shit together, or time warner you can never tell

That works too :)

For quiet and good cooling i would suggest any high end air 140mm air cooling. They are never as loud as any of the Corsair Hydro series at load or even idle.

I think I over spesied, I would like it run at around the same noice level as my Xbox 360

Well... That is kind of loud. lol

Dont bother with Noctua, look up XSPC XINRULIAN Fans, get the 2000rpm ones, lower their speed via fan controller and you have a quiet case with $7 fans that are nearly on par with Noctua

This is quiet, I would use the fan controller to lower the xspc fan rpm to quiet levels (they are extremely good fans that not many people know about)

put two xspc fans up front, make sure the hdd is mounted on anti vibration mounts, and use an evermax psu, amazing quality, as good as, if not better than seasonic

loud as xbox, never mind, this was way quieter

ill make another build later
