Looking Glass cutting off HDA sound

So, this been bugging me for months. After running VM with virt-manager all is fine, HDA is passed to client console, and sound works (video type=none, physical monitor). However, as soon as I start Looking Glass, sound cuts off, and choppy video/game ensues.

I know LG doesn’t “handle audio at all, nor will it ever”, but does it have to also cut off sound to virt-manager console? (imo it is handling audio in some way, after all :wink:

Is this expected behavior? Or I missed something in docs?

I know about Scream, and I’m using it. Just curious about LG.
