I am looking to finish my computer build and I am having trouble deciding which is going to best for me and my use case. I am looking to purchase a dedicated gpu. I am a web developer who is interested in branching out to ML/ AI experimentation also virtualization. I am also an artist which process can range from natural media, video, photo, 3d, game engines, code, and hardware.() Everything is fair game as far as my artistic workflow. So I am looking for an all rounder. Something that will get me off the ground and on solid footing for a good while. Something that will allow me to grow into the hardware as it were. I also enjoy some casual gaming, like a good Final Fantasy, or even Halo from time to time. I would appreciate some thoughts. and suggestions on the matter. I can’t yet afford any professional graphic cards such as the nvidia ada lineup but maybe the rtx ada 2000? which is going debut, at a price around 650.00 US , and it comes with 16 gigs gdr6 ecc memory, though other specs seem pretty cut down comparatively.
you are ok with getting a used gpu? if so 3090 is hard to beat compare to other new gpus. getting a quadro only make sense if you using solid work and such. you can check pugetsystems for in depth comparisons
Thanks for the reply yeah, I would be willing to get a used gpu 3090 still might be out of my budget. at least until I have this machine making money or getting commissions lol.
