Looking for non-fiction Books to read

Hi guys,
I really want to start reading non-fiction books in the fields of Electronics, Control, and Computer Science, or if there is a field similar to these which you have great opinions on.
I don't know where to begin with finding something that would be worth my time to read so any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks in advance!

Probably not what you are interested in, but I have a strange desire to start with this: then work my way up through history as the science grows. The cool thing is this visionairy book was written by a person who died in 1929 and originally it was a thesis for his Dr which got rejected, and then he couldn't even publish the book :D.

Apparently several prominent people considered founders of space rocketry like warner vn braun admit that they were inspired by the book. :p

100% facts mate. Scientific Book

That might be worth following up with, although it's not what I had in mind, thanks though :)

Yeah, nah. I'll pass

Sorry i really need to stop shit posting haha

Hahahaha nah, it's all good. I had a good laugh

have you read the C programming bible?
I have read that book for about ~2 years until i finally understood all of it. It's not only about the c language, but also about computer memory, how we use it, it's computational model, really dense material, but it's well worth it to read it.
Keep in mind, that this book will not teach you programming, only the principals and some uses of the c language.

The Art of Electronics by Paul Horowitz, basically the electronics bible.

The Visual Display of Quantitative Information by Edward Tufte, not directly related to your topics but a pleasure to dig in to if data excites you.

If you're interested in how electronics integrated with music during the mid- twentieth century, this is a very readable book about the impact of Robert Moog:

Analog Days: The Invention and Impact of the Moog Synthesizer

That could prove useful, i've done two courses in C so that should help explain some stuff. I'll try to source it from somewhere. Thanks man.

I have the third edition ordered and on the way already, but I've heard the second edition is still worth having too. Thanks :)
I'll have a look at the other one, see if it is down my alley or not.

That sounds quite amazing to be honest :D
Thanks heaps!
