Long story short, Oblivion thinks my character is a murderer. So Lucien Lachance visits me the next time i sleep to tell me how great i am at prison shanking people.
I have OBSE, so i simply set my isPCAMurderer line to 0. It didn’t work!
WHAT THE PHUQUE?! After all these years, one of the most colossally FUCKED UP bugs is still here. You go into Sneak Mode and kill some random jackass bandit. And all of the sudden it’s a murder. Bethesda’s programmers, you guys are the John Carmack of mathematical imperfection.

I’ve never really done stats edits and not at home so can’t guarantee, but here you go:
First check how many people it says you killed in the stats, pretty sure it was in the inventory somewhere.
The command is formated as so> modpcmiscstat X Y
X = represents the stat you’re editing
Y= by how many you want to decrease/increase the stat.
In your case it’s> modpcmiscstat 6 -# ( # = number of murdered people in stats menu)
EDIT: you might have to add the player. prefix so -> player.modpcmiscstat 6 -#
I would post the whole list of miscstat codes, but it was in german, because the filter at work blocks almost all game/gaming sites.
