Looking for cheap under $500 4K PC monitor

Looking for a cheap 4K PC monitor to upgrade my 1080p 144hz. Haven't been gaming much and would probably go back to 60hz for work related activies, age etc..

Anyways I've went back to look at those korean monitors teksyndicate recommended and waow, they really went up in prices from sub $400 now to $500+. Here's whay I need mininum:

1) Must do 4K @ 60hz
2) Must have vesa mount like 100:100 or 200:200, no odd ones like 400: 200 etc..
3) Must be chroma 4:4:4, cuz why not?
4) Budget of less than $500

Bonuses:
1) Have HDMI 2.0 and DP
2) usb connectivity.
3) Local dimming
4) 120hz @ 1080p

I don't care about roku/andriod option as I will be using this as a PC Monitor and will most likely disable the wireless connectivity, no spying on me! I have considered these monitors already:

1) Vizio 43" 4K E43U-D2, looks nice but the 4:2:0 chroma and the spying feature isn't needed.
2) Sony 43" 4K KD43X720E, nice bit a bit over budget as it's MSRP at $599-650
3) WASABI MANGO UHD430, nice specs but no guarantee on dead pixel, up to 5 max or something?

What I am considering:
LG 43" 4K 43UJ6300 or a Hisense 43" 4K 43H7C

And finally no I will not consider gimmicks like HDR, 3D, 21:9, 1440p, VR ready monitors.

I wouldn't worry about dead pixels too much. Make a screenshot and have someone else change the color of individual pixels. Chances are you won't even find them unless the contrast happens to be high.

I've had two (three? I don't even know) dead pixels on my display and never notice them until someone reminds me (Thanks!)

WTH is a VR ready monitor?

Anybody have luck on those wasabi zen models? they are 200-300 dollars cheaper thant he mango version. Just realized I was looking at used mango price. IT's around 800 USD for brand new ones.

Also anybody bought TCL or Hisense 4k screens?
