This is my pc build:

AMD Kaveri A10- 7700K ( 7850K - 300MHz)

CM N200

MSi- a78m-e35

gskill ripjaws 2133

I am looking to go into dual graphics mode w/ r7 250, would it be better to get the r7 250, or the r7 260x or 650 ti

Dual graphics probably isn't worth your time. The 260X on its own is faster than what you'd get with dual graphics, but without the headache. It's also a bit faster than a 650 ti.

how about the 750? If it is slower than what 260x do you recommend, trying to stay under $120

A 750 is a good bit slower than either of those.

For a 260x, Sapphire is always a good choice.
