Looking for an HDMI emulator / dummy plug with passthrough?

I have an M1 Mac Mini connected to a Level1Techs single display HDMI KVM. I alternate between using it through the KVM and connecting to with Parsec, depending on what I’m doing.

The issue is that the Mac Mini requires a display output to then be able to use Parsec with, which defeats the whole purpose of using Parsec. I was using some random HDMI EDID emulator with display passthrough, which would let me access the Mac Mini through Parsec without having the display turned on / connected, and let me switch to using the KVM as needed for it.

This HDMI EDID emulator seemed to work fine until just recently, where it will not output at all anymore, and will introduce some weird issues through Parsec where my mouse is tracked incorrectly compared to where the cursor actually is (the further I move the cursor from the top left corner of the screen, the further away the system thinks the cursor is compared to where it appears).

Are there any reliable HDMI dummy plugs like this that work with 1440p60 or even up to 1440p144 ? Also for reference, I am using a Dell S2716DG 1440p 144Hz monitor.

Atlona is the only one I’m aware of that’s got programmable EDIDs and uses external power. (ones that use port power are less reliable)
