Hi,
I'm looking for a new mouse, I am fed up with my Mamba and I will smash it with a sledgehammer as soon as I buy one just for this occasion...
Anyway, I need a replacement mouse which would be "Gaming" spec. Not really into the whole you need this for gaming, but there are certain things I do require.
I use Fingertip grip, if that matters, I will take a look at anything half good.
Wireless, with a dock...Able to last at least 12 hours, I guess more If I can slam it on the dock while messing about.
1000Hz Whatever it was polling rate... I think
At least 3300DPI/CPI whatever your pick, same thing, I play CS with 2200, So at least that.
Don't want too many side buttons, preferably small buttons so I don't lift the mouse up with buttons pressed. -.-
And no retarded DPI buttons on the fucking left click! -.-
I switched to the Logitech g700s and got used to it now my k/d on csgo is way better. Switched from naga. Surprised the hell out of me but not having the cord makes my smallest movements way more accurate.
I have the Logitech G602, and enjoy it a lot. I use it with my work laptop and the style is office friendly. It is, however, a serious mouse for gaming as well. The DPI adjustments are defaulted onto the two silver buttons on the left click, but that can be programmatically changed with the software suite. I also have large hands and have yet to accidentally click them. The side buttons are very slim and take up little space while still being very usable. If you can check it out at a retail store I'd suggest it.
Don't do it, I'm not pausing for you folks who need to change batteries. Get wired please!
If it HAS to have a dock then you're kinda screwed. As far as I know the Mamba is the only wireless gaming mouse with a dock.
If not, the Logitech G700S is a good wireless mouse. There's no dock, but you can just charge it with micro USB so you don't need to remove the batteries.
Since you're a fingertip guy, you might also like the Razer Ouroboros. It's more of a traditional fingertip / claw grip shape.
I like the dock cause I don't have to change batteries. :D
I know Steelseries Sensei, Just looking if there is anything better.
I don't want no Razer piece of shit, Had enough with one.
And Logitech is just...Going nowhere, it used to be Good budget option, nowdays it is just a wannabe company. Replaced by many others.
LordXenu Sorry, but You are a moron.
Ah ya I forgot about the wireless Sensei.
You don't need to change batteries in the G700S either. You can charge it with the micro USB cord that it comes with and you can even keep playing while it's charging.
The G700S is one of the cheapest wireless gaming mice you can get (by any mainstream company), and it's probably the best. There's zero noticeable input lag until the battery starts to die down, but then you just plug it in and play while it recharges. It comes with a Panasonic eneloop 1900mAh rechargeable battery. Usually lasts me most of the day.
Logitech still makes very good mice. They're not as cheap as they used to be and they look kinda funny, but the quality is still there. The G502 has the best sensor and switches on the market right now, and I think the G303 uses the same stuff. I would be using the G502 as my daily driver except I don't like the shape.
