I have been on a mission looking for a great wireless gaming headset and i'm leaning to the:
Corsair Vengeance 2000 Wireless 7.1 Gaming headset.

Does anyone have one that could tell me if they sound good?

ya I was going to recommend them for gaming but you might want to look around for ones with a more oval shape to the ear cups
All the 7.1 deal on headphones is just a gimick, you can't get full 7.1 sound in headphones. Simple as that. Most importantly what is your budget and what distance are you looking for? Do you REALLY care about the sound (Audiophile)?
Cheap ($100) Senheisser RS120's
Expensive* ($250) Senheisser RS180's
These do not come with mic's, you're better off buying a desk mic or a clip on zalman mic. All gaming headsets are mostly trash.
An awesome pair that I can personally recommend would have to be the Logitech G930's. The range is great along with the sound / mic quality. The software works great once you find the right driver for your computer. There is also an Equalizer that'll allow you to adjust the highs and lows of incoming sound. You can really fine tune your listening experience, and the side buttons on the headset are really nice if you use it with Windows Media Player. The buttons are responsive when pressed, even at a decent distance from the receiver. The ear cups are actually quite large, and they have quite some depth to them too, meaning your ears will never touch the speaker on the inside (which is a problem for me with other headphones / headsets). They fit comfortably for long hours of gaming sessions. The Bass is good too, just if turned up too much on the equalizer or a bass boosted song, it'll start to distort. The highs are great no doubt. While gaming the 7.1 feature enabled sounds fantastic, tricks your mind into thinking sounds are on the outside, instead of the inside of a headphone :)
Now with every head set there are some downsides or flaws. Finding a good driver for the G930 software that works WELL with your machine can be a pain from what I've read. The only personal problem that I've had with this headset, is that once in a while, occasionally when in skype, I'll get a period of time where you get some tiny pops of noise. It doesn't last for long, but it does exist. I'm going to assume this happens with most wireless devices, due to interference and such.
For the price, comfort, sound and quality of the G930 I'd give it a 8.5/10. Not a solid 10 due to the lack of support on the Logitech website, along with random temporary noise while using skype from time to time.

I like the plantronics 995 ($89 from my sources), awesome bass and clear sound.... definately worth it over the $20 no name brands.
