I'm looking for something that is around 100€ preferably, and additionally I'm looking for these features in particular:
Has to be full layout (with arrow keys and a separate numpad, not combined)
Simple design is preferred, though I do like backlights (I don't care for other fancy shit)
MX Blues or browns
Preferrably with media keys (vol up, down etc.)
Quality obviously
I know you mostly get what you pay for but I'd appreciate if you could give me suggestions on specific models.
So far I've found the CM Quick Fire Pro, Zowie Celeritas and Das Keyboard, anything else?
I can't get that anywhere in the EU.
Also does anyone know where I can get nordic layout keyboards in central Europe?
dasKeyboard makes nice ones
well sadly i dont have that much xposure to keyboards, but i would strongly advize to be verey warry of roccat products. the ones i have had so far and not that reliable. for ex, my arvo wont read the e key and ` some times. the driver kind of fixed it but not really. but there drivers are nice.
KBC Poker, Filco TKL, QFR TKL, and KBC Race. It depends on what switch you want more, really. If you want the Blues more, then it will be really hard to find a Poker with them, but a lot easier to find the Browns model. Filcos are pretty common for all types; same goes for the QFR. The Race is available pretty commonly on their website, in a variety of switches and backlights, but the most available keyboard will definitely be the QFR.
I have recently bought a mechanical keyboard in europe. It was the quickfire rapid from coolermaster with cherry mx blacks. This keyboard does not have a full numpad because I don't need it but I like it very much. In europe you can only get red or black switches as far as I know because I was looking for mx blues as well. But I am very happy with the blacks(this is my first desktop keyboard so I can't really compare).
