Looking for a Logo/Graphic Designer

I am looking for someone who can design me a simple, professional, 2D logo, YouTube banner, and avatar. Maybe also a 2D motion intro/outro.

I can pay you with PayPal, a uPlay account (with Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, and one other game I think...) or both. Hell, you can have the uPlay account I can't remember the last time I used it.
