Looking for a different cpu testing tool

there is alot of different suites out there that display there ratings,
my question is, Has anyone ran across a program that will test each instruction set, fetch,execute intergue, and floating point throughput.
with a total reading of a cpu's architecture, so we can truely see the pros and cons of the designs,

but i could me looking for fairy dust.

So what you're looking for is the diagnostic machine that intel uses to test the processors before they leave the factory to make sure every single aspect of the cpu works.

otherwise our simplified cpu benchmarks are about as good as they get.
