I don't think that they actually exists they all hurt your ears after a while, especially if you wear glasses. Personally I have a pair of Thermaltake esports shocks, as well as turtle beach x12s, and personally I prefer the thermaltakes for comfort, I can typically get 2-5 hours of gaming in before they really start hurting my ears, with the x12s only a hour or two.
within that pricerange you typically get decent sounding headset with lack in buildquality (with usually means less comfortable).
You should maybe rethink your budget. The best headphones i ever had, and still have are the sennheiser pc 360 g4m3. Back then they were 150€ but soooooo comfy (even with glasses), i sometimes sleep with them on.
How on earth do you sleep with headphones on? I always end up rolling around getting the cord all tangled.
Also holy crap, those are $300 usd, good sound is nice, but it isn't that nice.

it doesnt have to be excatly those. Just go look at sennheisers. they have never let me down so far.
for comfortness you want big earcups. i had the razer kraken on just now for roughly an hour. an my ears now hurt...
