Looking for a capture card

My brother wants to record himself playing 360, I hooked up the Xbox to an old DVD recorder I had laying around but there is a delay and he can't play the game as well as when the Xbox was connected directly to the TV.

So can anyone recommend a capture card with little or no delay, priced around $200 or less?

The PC he would be using has 2 free PCIe 1x slots

Only one you will ever find for that price point. They also make an external one if you have USB 3.0 Called the shuttle
