Looking for 3D Character Artist

We are a small indie development team working on a project that we intend to market in 2016. Our team is nearly complete with the only position open being a good Character Artist. A lot of code has already been written and the game concept has been drafted. A basic prototype is in the works and we are seeking a Character Artist who can help turn our concepts into something tangible.

We are on a very tight budget but are willing to pay up to $10 per completed model. Models will not need to be rigged for animation or even UV-mapped as we have other team members that can handle that sort of work. We do expect that any tools used in the creation of assets are properly licensed; any assets made using illegal or trial copies of software will be rejected. If you make a significant contribution to the project, we will consider making you a full member and you will receive a cut of the profits.

Brief Summary of the Project:
Combine the combat experience of a MOBA with the adventure of a Roguelike dungeon crawler into a unique game-play experience that can be enjoyed solo or with friends. Dungeons are built from an assortment of "map chips" that are then randomly stitched together into a playable level. The player is then free to explore the dungeon, finding loot along the way with the end goal being the defeat of the dungeon boss. Dungeons may be played solo or cooperatively with up to 8 people at a time. Players will have a choice of 8 unique characters to chose from with each providing a different game-play experience. A PvP element is being considered however this is still in concepting and likely won't be in the initial release.

Combat will be very MOBA like utilizing a top-down perspective. The player will move their character with the WASD keys and aim with the mouse. Each character has a basic attack as well as 3 abilities that are chosen from an ability pool unique to each character. These abilities will range from damaging skill shots to defensive maneuvers.
