My old 1440p monitor decided to die on me so I’m looking to replace it. Specs/Budget wise I’m looking for:
- 1440p
- 27 inch
- At least 120hz refresh rate on DP
- Freesync
- IPS panel
- $300-400

The YT channel has a monitor review playlist. I would start there.
Dell S2721DGFA.
- LG Nano-IPS but good build quality as only the Panel is from LG
- 27 Inch
- 1440p
- 165Hz over Displayport
- Both G-Sync and Freesync Ultimate or Pro or whatever they call it
Current price might be higher though, mine was around 400

I would go with LG 27GN750-B UltraGear Gaming Monitor 27” FHD.
The 1080p resolution may seem a bit low for a display of this size (27 inches) but when I use 240hz gaming monitors I usually prefer the native 1080p since it allows for more performance and looks better than if I had to use 1440p display on which I have to lower the resolution down to 1080p to have to performance of 240+ fps.
You can find here more recommendations for your choice, but I would go with this one for sure.
