My understanding is all of them support passthrough but the thing you need to worry about is how the iommu groups are setup on the board

The 103700 doesn’t exist only a 10700k or 13700k
A 10700k will be incomparable with a z690
Iommu groups are sometimes listed in motherboard manuals which you can download from the support section on the product page of the board
You can also check YouTube reviews, I think Wendell in particular usually goes over them
