LastPass Joins the LogMeIn Family

The only LogMeIn thing I know is Hamachi which is terrible.
Since i use last pass I should probably check in to see how logmein is for business practices.
I love how last pass works since I can use completely random letters for passwords. Only disadvantage is the cross platform version costs so you would ether need to maintain 2 accounts or pay up.(pc and phone)
This has been keeping me from using super long random passwords because i need to type them in every so often on my phone. I would say 12 digit randoms minimum.
I also imagine they will combine products somehow.
Rip Lastpas
This deal is odd because Logmein has been bleeding cash since they jacked up their subscription and canned their free tier. Users/companies bailed on them overnight. I'm not sure where they are getting the money to buy up LastPass and keep it going. I'm a premium LastPass user, but this has me worried..
