Hey guys. So I was browsing around online and found those speakers above ^^^

for only $40 (recertified) and was wondering if you guys think it is worth spending the money on. My cousin has this exact model and the last time I heard it, it sounded amazing.. but that's been a while.

Logan reviewed the speakers a few years ago and I kind of want his opinion and your guys' opinion on them. Does anyone else have them? How much did you pay? Were they worth the cash? Is $40 a hell of a deal for recertified ones?

They do the job quite well.

I have the big brother of those, the X540. I dont use the surround speakers. For me, a guy who dont have a dedicated soundcard, these speakers does a pretty good job :]

I don't have a dedicated sound card either. I just want these for watching my BluRays and playing some games occasionally.

I think my friend has the cheaper ones, they're worth 40 bucks probably. I'd go for it, it's cheap as hell.

not to stomp on everyones parade, but logitechs speakers have always pissed me off with how bad they sound... muddy unclear bass and tinny treble and a total lack of mid. however for this price its totally worth the buy. oh, and josh mike has the x-540's... which are 99$ (now you should see why i fcking hate them hah). One thing logitechs surround speakers do is keep surround in mind with the sattelites... it is pretty immersive and good for gaming

If you have access to a dump, you could find better speakers and better amplifiers for free. Just saying.


I have a PA-amplifier bridged (1200W) for my subwoofer (which is also from the dump).

I have a really cheap Divoom 2.1 system, but for quality sound I use my Bose IE2. You may take a look for some good headphones instead of a complete sound system.
