Because of how easy Skype is to exploit, and how Microsoft collects data from Skype, I want to know your opinion on Tox
Tox encrypts messages sent to and from and even lets you edit and change the source code.
If you want to try it you can get it at tox.im
Although there are so many better options other than Skype it has so many users that it is hard for these other things to take off. I have personally tried to get my friends to use other options and they almost always respond with "all my friends use Skype."
