Let me break this down:
The "XFX" branded
card is a "GeForce GTX",
namely the "XFX AMD Radeon R9 850X"
with "DDR4" in the "Black Edition"
IF AMD ever used DDR4 on a GPU, that would be wierd. If it truly was a 850X, that thing would blow everything out of the water just looking of the gains from a 250 to 350... (450, 550, 650, 750, 850) so it is a card of the 5th GPU generation from AMD. Would buy if true!

Well ATi and AMD used GDDR4 at one point, which is close in name alone. And XFX did used to make GeForce cards, especially during the time of the Radeon X850 XT.
So it is possible that this guy took a few google searches, found "XFX GeForce" "Radeon X850 XT" and anything regarding GDDR4 and just slammed it all together in the hopes of making something at all realistic.

If that is in there, I would buy! It is a GDDR3 card but still
I'd only go for the Crossfire Edition, since those are fucking hard to find in good shape or with the DMS-59 Crossfire 1.0 cable.
