Hi Guys, unfortunatelly i can't make it to the LAN. So i thought to myself that it would be awesome to watch you ya'll while gaming :) Could you setup a livestream of the event with a camera in wide angle an some closeup cameras?

I'd like this as well. I can't afford the trip over to Washington state. A live stream would be nice.
He talked a little about this on the iamApropos twitch event the other night. Don't take this as his word as I dont remember his exact wording but I think the general thought is that it's being thought of but will be unlikely because its the first run and there's a lot of other logistics. There might be some specific people joining remotely for a short period to say hi but its unlikely to be a wide thing.
I imagine even if there isn't a live stream of the event its self there will be plenty of videos uploaded, twitch streams maybe too..?
I believe they were wanting to limit streaming from the event as well to keep bandwidth in check, but I could be wrong.
