You should be able to download and install OBS (Open Broadcast Software) or compile it for your version of Linux if you want a program that simplifies recording and streaming.
You can either use software like openbroadcast. This is very much flexible when you want to soley run live videos over facbook or youtube. Else you use apps like yesmovies app and Stremio for streaming the videos. With drag and drop option, you can easily do that in seconds from here.
