Little help with 3d print?

Hey everyone,

I've got a small problem with a print of mine,
I decided to ditch all my slicer profiles and start fresh becouse i did so many things that i didn't even know what anymore.
So i-am re calibrating.
However now i run into the problem that the first layers are excelent but (i guess bridges) arent as great.
It does not fil nor always connect.
What should i change? i use repetier with Slic3r
There's also a weird straight line artifact but that's not really bothering me.

(first layer on top of the legs)

Also why is there no 3d printing catagory?

It's not made to do that.

Split the object in two, print it on the side, then glue the two halves together, or just use manifold objects printed right side up so that there are no bridges but those on the standard rafters.

Not quite the answer i was hoping to get but why should it not be treated like bridges?

Not sure if it helps, try to look for the answer here

Even if you would print bridges, which is not best practice unless you use tons of support, your object is not manifold.
