Good day, I am 16 years old and looking to build a gaming PC. My Father agreed to pay for half of the total price

I already have a general idea on how to build one from research and pulling apart an old desktop.

I also set myself a goal of out-doing my friend( i7 3.4GHz, GTX 660)

This is the part list I have come up with:

  • Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5 internal hard drive
  • COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus
  • Y Fan cable
  • Windows 7 Professional 

 

I still have about 2.5 months until I make a final descion. ( I plan to build it once school is out so it does not distract me from schoolwork to much)
