What ever happened to Sony developing a liquid core processor that was supposedly going to be over a thousand times faster than any other processor? This is based on an article from over 10 years ago. Never heard anything about it after the article was published in a gaming magazine.
Basically the same thing as when Intel thought they could push out a 10GHz processor.
It failed.
yeah, you hit thermal limits where things would melt.
