Is there any chance or anyone who isn’t a plebeian like myself who can get the thread pinned, If not then any reasons why ? Is there anything I can do to improve it ?

There is a few going already, they just are not pinned. Try searching for them a little harder. You should be able to find them fairly easily.
What kind of software do you want/need.
