So I'm really new to Linux and need help setting up my wifi on it. .. i can't update anything cause i don't have an ether network so im asking as anyone to help me find out what i should do. .. my stick does not activatev when i plug it in linux but works on windows! !!
What dongle? Typing lspci in the yerminal should display the relative info.
Also make sure wifi is just not off 'ip link set [nic] up'
(If the dongle is recognized 'ip addr' will show all nics)
