I’m going to attempt NIC teaming but I can’t see any mention of how you bind team0 to br0 which is needed as I have a few devices directly connected to the same box as their primary use is by that box, plus they are only 100Mbit and I didn’t want to waste Gigabit hardware switch ports.
Has anyone done this? I’m using the network scripts method in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ but team0 brings up an error if I remove the IP address and add BRIDGE=br0 to its config.
My Switch only supports manual LAG not LACP but I believe this should not be an issue.
