Limited Access/Or no connectivity problem - Help?

I'm not sure I'm posting this in the right section,  but I hope I am. I recently bought a wireless USB Net adapter for my Desktop PC, and after installing the driver software I have a rather strange issue; When I start windows, I am able to connect to the internet and everything seems fine. I can even play games online with no issues, I logged an hour or so playing WoW without any drops or lag issues at all. Yet whenever I try to go into my internet browser, my wireless icon displays a yello caution sign icon and it says that I have limited access?? All my other wifi devices have NEVER had this issue. Also, another strange thing. After installing the driver windows wouldn't shut down or restart? It would just hang at the shutting down screen; I had to cut the power off via the power supply to get it to shut down. This only occurred after I installed the driver, which leads me to believe it's directly related to that. I restored the system to a point before I installed the driver, and sure enough, I was able to restart my computer and shut it down without any problems.. So I'm thinking it's a bad driver issue which I have no idea on how to fix. The internet doesn't seem to have any drivers for my device, thus windows couldn't automatically install the driver. I had to use the disc that came with my product. It's just not a fully functional driver I guess, I'm really not sure. Any suggestions? Hopefully someone can impart some their wisdom on me.

So here's a quick update: After troubleshooting the problem some more I figured out that the issue was in the advanced network settings. Disabling Ipv6 seemed to resolve the issue, apparently it restricts gateway access to some net adapters. Hopefully if anyone else has the same issue they'll see this, it worked for me so it may work for them.

And thanks for all the feedback on this issue by the way guys. (not)
