I need a computer for Digital Drawing and some online games like GhostRecon Online.
Programs that i will be using:
Manga Studio (the newest one)
Sketchbookpro
Coreldraw 12
Photoshop.
Stuff that i already have:

Digital drawing tablet (intous 5 large)

c) do you value pure performance ( no ssd , better cpu ) or good all arounder ?

2048MB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760
500GB Hitachi Travelstar Z5K500 not sure about this but it's cheap :D
and 50€ for you case of choise. that's 650.

BTW this is the best perfomance you will get...
If you want more rounded performance you'l cut on the 760 , witch is basicaly a 670 witch I have got in my system , and you DO NOT want to go under this for cuda...
well there is an significantly diffrence between a GTX670 and GTX760 wenn it comes to editing and rendering. 670 is much better at this. cause it has alot more cuda cores.
But most todays software can utilize both cuda or open CL/GL

although those prices are cheaper on my site , don't use pcpartpicker for EU it skips too many sites :/
