I have a years worth of text messages with one person that want to copy to my pc. My understanding is that I have to backup my phone to Google cloud then transfer to PC from there. But I only want the one persons messages. Is the another way that a non-geek can do this. I will buy software but didn’t want to spend $40 on a one time use scenario.
I ended up looking at then paying $2.00 for “text collector” from the Google play store. It seems to do everything I’m looking for. It separates the messages according to who sent them, will copy the pics imbeded in the message, and I can copy the one message I want.
