LGA 1150 good at overclocking good price?

Can someone recommend a LGA 1150 socket board that is around $135  tops, closer to 100 is better. I'm not too concerned about sli/crossfire however the option would be nice. Most importantly I would like to oc my graphics card and cpu as much as possible, I plan on getting a Noctua NH-D14  and will probably get a gold psu.

This asus motherboard is on sale for $130: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131981

But if you want to go cheaper there is another ASUS motherboard for $100: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131996

i would recommend to go with a Z87 chipset board. just to benefit everything that the chipset and the cpu hass to offer.

that Asus Z87-A is not a bad choice, as far as ive seen the spec´s 8 powerphases digi vrms. so that seems to be good.

Also a good board would be the Msi-z87 G45 gaming. also with 8+2 powerphase design. There are some movies on youtube, on which some one got a decent OC on that board.

Thanks for all the input. The Msi  board is a little more expensive than i would like but i think it may be a bit too tempting.
