Hello, hopefully someone can help me. For fair warning I’m not the best at articulating ideas in an effective manner. So please bear with me.
One of my friends is having issues with her LG v10. She recently reset the device to factory settings due to it having an issue randomly losing cell reception and occasionally crashing. Now when it begins setup it asks for the previous google account on the device. Whenever she (or I) attempt to login with the account that was an owners account a message pops up stating login with the owners account and then it’ll brings us back to the login screen. We’ve tried clearing the cache on the phone, doing a another factory reset, changing the accounts password, booting into safe mode, and even going to the Verizon store she bought it at. When we went to the store the tech they had there was basically stumped. They told she could have it exchanged, but she’ll has to wait about one to two weeks before it to comes in, which she can’t afford to do since her phone is integral to her job. Anyway does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??
