LG, this is how you win me over

Well, there it is... LG won me over...
I'll start back in time and try not to be to long.
I have technology degree in radio and television. Back in the day LG had the name Goldstar if I am not mistaken and had the reputation of a decent quality brand. I was still in high-school when they changed their name and it started. Friends with LG products complaining of issues... After I started employment in a local cable company and had regular access to all kind of technology, I knew I would never buy Samsung or LG. Sony won then. Every Sony product at that time (2011-2012) was amazing quality and moat importantly - working with no issues.
Coming to nowdays. I was slowly reading good things about LG and I was kind of warming up to the idea of LG... Later on I saw a couple of LG products I liked. I red some reviews and people seemed to be pretty happy with them. And now, I am looking for budget freesync monitor. My only option was AOC TN monitors. Until today. The local store I using just informed me about their newest monitor - LG 23MP68VQ-P... AH-IPS 23" freesync through HDMI, most importantly cheaper than the TN panel...
This is how you win me over. Giving me better products than the competition on lower price. Thank you, LG.
PS: Jesus, even the Freesync range is larger than the AOC...

Ya I think it just depends on which product, as with most companies.

In terms of phones, I've had a few LG's, and my dad has had a couple. They were all great phones except for one.

My first phone was an LG similar to the famous Nokia. It would not break.

My second phone was a hand-me-down from my dad. It was a LG VX5200. That one started falling apart on me, but it never died. I could throw it at a brick wall and it would break apart. But then I just snap the shell back together and it would keep on working.

My third phone was an LG Chocolate, and the concept was cool, but it was a TERRIBLE phone. I had one and the touch buttons on the front stopped working after about 8 months, so the only thing the phone was good for was answering calls (it would pick up automatically when you slide it open). I couldn't send texts or calls after the touch went bad. One of my friends went through three of them in two years just because the build quality wasn't great.

My dad had an LG G3 at one point and it was a good phone, but he wasn't a fan of Android so he always complained about it.

I have an LG G4 and I love it.
