Yes I’ve noticed too. Always assumed it’s at google’s discretion to eventually allow the channel to alter its ident.
Speaking of which, how’s Logan doing these days? Since the separation i’ve been on Wendells side only, haven’t looked past the yard yet.
We know and we wish we could change it. The user URL part is something we can’t change afaik, even though we updated all the rest of the account info a long time ago. Note that https://www.youtube.com/c/level1techs/videos does work though, and is how we link to the channel ourselves.
He’s getting like 5k views on his videos on average. Forum is a ghost town too.
It looks like a ghost town over there. I think Logan ran everyone off. I still check out his channel, but I’m not interested in headphone reviews.
I want him to succeed, but I just don’t find his content interesting nor engaging like it used to be.
Its sad because this is a clear marker of someone who has just lost their passion in the youtubing industry. Yes it changes and evolves and you must too but at the same time theres a certain character and standard each youtuber is unique in having and if they give up on what they were this is what occurs.
I hope he gets out of it and comes back. I loved the old videos just as much as I love the L1T geeky discussions…

I go back and watch the old videos sometimes.
I also liked the old episodes. Wendell hiding his face behind monitors was the cherry on top of the cake. He reminded me of Mr.Wilson from Home Improvement.
