Level1Tech KVM Help (Dac/Amp Element 2 - Output gone)

So I’m trying to figure out the best way to keep my dac/amp (JDS Labs Element 2) always attached to the PC or Mac when I switch.

When I switch PC1 to PC2 I always have to turn off the dac/amp then power it back on and it registers that output and switches.

Is there a specific USB port that will stop this on the KVM or am I out of luck?
