Considering Europa get it energy from gravitational tidal forces from Jupiter the bully in our system....earth would not cut it.

Europa would die around earth :(

but since it's closer to the sun now it can get it's high and dangerous radiation from the sun

Well on earth with an atmosphere is sun 1kwatt per square metre. On a moon it would be higher but Jupiter is a monster...We need Neil degrasse tyson

it was kinda planned to be abandoned, the Tiagong 2 is going up right after and they plan to let it burn up in a uncontrolled decent too.
