In Europe you can’t advertise prescription drugs (because the doctor chooses which prescription drugs to use, not the patient), but you can advertise over-the-counter medication.
In the UK the PEGI rating system is legally enforced.
GTA is rated as PEGI 18, so it’s illegal for his parents to allow him to play GTA.
For sellers it is legally binding, however for parents it is a recommendation.
Not true.
It is illegal for the seller to sell to underaged persons. It is also illegal for a third person to give underaged persons access.
However if a parent (or legal guardian in general) chooses to buy it and allow their children to play, this is fine because it falls under their responsibility and choice of education.
