I know how Tor works to hide a website and it’s users, but how do they prevent the police from tracking the mail order ?
The sites are not selling directly. It is more like drug ebay. The site escrows the payments, provides crypto wallets and takes a transaction fee but you never store any personal info on the site. You deal directly with individuals and I assume the smart ones encrypt.
Of course police could pose as a seller and get your info and I’m sure that happens a lot.
