Hello,
So i have an interesting issue with my pc…please help me troubleshoot 
When i am watching a youtube video, on the Vivaldi web browser(only vivaldi) and as i enter full screen…a layer of light transparent gray covers up over the entire screen.
The more interesting thing…this only occurs on display 1…i have two monitors, this only happens on display 1, on the other monitor i have no gray pop up. If i change my monitors , it still happens on display 1.
I have updated every damn driver…reinstalled and updated vivald, tried using multiple monitors…reinstalled my graphics drivers and nvidia control panel…still %^$%@ happening…
If anyone has any solid ideas, it would be appreciated! Thanks.
