Make it 1.2 or 1.5 to ensure the double-submits and invalid ones do not take it to an early grave!

Ask help from your Brazil friends to tell their friends and relatives from Portugal to sign the petition.
Ask help from your Mexican friends to tell their friends and relatives from Spain to sign the petition.
Ask help from your Argentian friends to tell their friends and relatives from Germany to sign the petition.
Tell them its your Birthday or Christmas wish.
Also update: There could be a high number of spoofed signatures:
TLDR: we need more legitimate signatures. The UK signatures look more legit.
