Learning to use Hammer: Where to look at tutorials?

I've been into making stuff for games for a bit. Mostly been in design and lua fixes for models, but for games like TF2 (one of my loves) and CSGO (A game that I bitch about so much), there isn't enough work done on them I think. Maps are slowly outdated and exploited or just shitty in total. So rather than bitching about it I want to learn how to work on the games.

Whether it becomes what I do, or if its just to fix Dust 1 in CSGO, I want to learn to use hammer. Theres some really shitty tutorials for Source that were done by some kid in afghanistan that I found but they weren't all that great. I would like to know if there are any detailed tutorials anywhere for Hammer and if so, where. I don't really care if is text or video, I just want to fix bullshit that has been getting on my nerves.
